Congrats with the DD! jey. your art reminds me Sebastião Salgados art. Its a really lovely photo, awsome composition, great contrasts
Dnd i see you talk on portoguise. I understand some of the words, im half chiliean spanish is a bit similar to portoguise. Do you live in Brasil? Ive stopped by sometimes when we go to Chile. Brasil seems like a nice place, with some really good cheesebreads
I really like how the barbed wire lines separate this into thirds... a great photography method. The children look so playful, yet the wire makes you think of them being in a prison to escape... That contrast is very interesting!
Parabéns!!! Um brasileiro no DD?!! Mto louco!! Fiquei orgulhosa agora!!
A foto tá mto boa!!
I don't know how I can compliment you without being repititive, but I'll just have to try...
It really brings a smile to one's face, the kind that isn't just in one's mouth but in one's eyes too. There's no sorrow big enough to overcome what one feels when one looks at a kid smiling that way; you've captured a moment in time when 4 people were genuinely happy. Despite the barbed wire, and the grimness of the landscape. That's the part I like most about it.
I think this is an excellent capture. Great job. And I really mean it.
